Don't be fooled by the title. Even though the book looks like it will be a journal of a 15 yr old boy with cute drawings of his family, the story gets grimmer throughout the book. It leaves the reader hanging, with no significant outcome. Actually quite disappointing. The book is nice for a light read, but if you decide to read it do not expect too much.
